In Roman times the castle of Citium stood in the region of Klosterneuburg. -> The name of the castle is not firm.

The town was founded by Charlemagne, and received its charter as a town in 1298. -> Charlemagne? no, a settlement is reported in the 11. century and Margrave Leopold III founded the town. --80.89.106.69 05:25, 19 Nov 2006 (PST)
